A fruta-do-dragão é uma fruta tropical conhecida pelo seu aspeto marcante, pela cor intensa e pelo sabor suave e refrescante. A sua textura macia e a doçura delicada permitem combiná-la facilmente com manga e morango. Contém naturalmente fibras e vitamina C e distingue-se pelas suas pequenas sementes comestíveis. A variedade rosa proporciona aos smoothies e smoothie bowls uma cor viva e muito apelativa. Como possui um sabor suave, a doçura tropical da manga e o sabor fresco e frutado do morango permanecem bem presentes. Mango
The mango is the most popular fruit worldwide and has a well-known classic taste. In India, mangos are eaten to stop internal bleeding and to strengthen the heart and brain. Mango's also contain a lot of iron and furthermore a lot of beta-carotene (a strong anti-oxidant that protects you against diseases and aging). Mango is also rich in vitamins B and C. We process the mango as ripe as possible, so that a delicious sweet natural taste is created in our smoothies and milkshakes. That is why we use the big sweet Kent mango chunks from the north of Peru in our fruit mixes.

Strawberry
Strawberries, like raspberries, contain anti-oxidants that protect us from premature aging. Strawberries also contain substances that promote a feeling of wellbeing. Strawberries are rich in vitamins A, B and C and have elements such as potassium, calcium and iron. In addition, strawberries contain few calories: 25 per 100 grams. For our fruit mixes we use the smaller strawberry varieties because they are fuller in taste. The strawberries are chopped into smaller pieces in the fruit mix, so that they are easy to blend.
